About Me

Hello! I’m Martha Mosco, psychiatric nurse practitioner and owner of Mosaic Psychiatry & Psychotherapy. I offer virtual mental health medication management and psychotherapy services based out of Brooklyn, NY.

I have been practicing psychiatry and mental health care for 4 years and a practicing nurse for 16 years. I bring experience treating a wide variety of mental health needs with a particular interest in caring for people living with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and chronic disease, as well as a focus on interpersonal relationships, work/life balance, stress management, and general wellness. I am passionate about creating affirming spaces for all, and especially for people with marginalized identities and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. 

I provides holistic and integrative mental health care, offering both medication management and psychotherapy as well as evidence-based strategies for lifestyle patterns like sleep, nutrition and wellness practices. I approach our work together by looking at the whole picture of who you are and what your goals are for yourself. I bring a warm, inviting approach and authentic curiosity to our time together.
